Privacy Policy

JobReceipt is designed to compare gig-work offer and payout screenshots without requiring a platform password or bank connection.

What JobReceipt processes

When you choose a screenshot, JobReceipt may read text from it and use the extracted values to create an accepted-versus-paid record. In the current release, source screenshots, OCR text, earnings amounts, trip identifiers, addresses, and generated evidence records remain on your device. They are not uploaded to JobReceipt analytics.

JobReceipt is provided by 3RVX LLC. This policy explains how 3RVX LLC and its service providers handle information for JobReceipt.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, user ID, authentication status, and account timestamps.
• Subscription information: product, entitlement, purchase status, store, expiration, and transaction identifiers needed to provide JobReceipt Plus.
• Limited technical information: RevenueCat may process device type, operating system, app version, locale, currency, service timestamps, purchase tokens, and the JobReceipt user ID needed to validate and restore subscriptions.
• Product interactions: limited events such as onboarding completed, platform selected, capture completed, match completed, feedback submitted, or paywall viewed. These events may include a platform name, screen name, field type, confidence range, or accuracy feedback. They never include screenshot contents, raw OCR text, earnings amounts, addresses, or trip identifiers.
• Support information: information you choose to include when contacting us.

Services we use

Supabase provides authentication, protected product-event storage, export, and account deletion. RevenueCat processes subscription status and purchase history on our behalf. Apple and Google process store transactions. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only as needed to operate JobReceipt and its purchases.

How information is used

We use collected information to authenticate accounts, provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent subscription errors, support users, maintain security, understand whether core workflows function, and improve JobReceipt.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or combine your activity with data from other companies for targeted advertising. Information is transferred to service providers only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We do not share personal information with independent third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Your exports and shares

JobReceipt lets you export or share records. Nothing is sent to a delivery platform, support representative, social network, or other person unless you initiate that action. Review an export before sharing it.

Retention and deletion

On-device records remain until you remove them or uninstall the app. Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record obligations. You can delete your account in JobReceipt under Settings. See the account deletion page for another request method.

Security and children

Network requests use HTTPS encryption in transit. Account data is protected by authentication, access controls, and owner-scoped database policies. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. JobReceipt is intended for adult gig workers and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can decline photo access, correct extracted values, remove local records, export your data, manage your subscription through Apple or Google, and request account deletion. Contact us with privacy questions.
